Made with Gluten-Free Bread
Ingredients:
- Gluten-free bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Olive oil (enough to lightly coat the cubes)
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add your gluten-free bread cubes to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on your prepared sheet pan.
- Place fresh rosemary sprigs on top for that aromatic, herby flavor.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- For an extra crunchy finish, broil on high for 2 minutes—just keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
