I know I’m a little late to the game when it comes to trying these “snicker” inspired stuffed dates, but better late than never! I will say, they are way better than I was expecting, so definitely worth a try ๐

Dried Dates

Peanut Butter

Ingredients:
- Dried Dates (I used Good & Gather Pitted Dates)
- Nut Butter of your choosing
- Optional toppings: melted chocolate, sea salt, crushed nuts, coconut flakes
Steps:
- Prep the Dates: Slice each date lengthwise on one side to open them up. Remove the pit.
- Stuff with Peanut Butter: Use a small spoon or butter knife to fill each date with about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
- Add Optional Toppings: Sprinkle in a few chopped nuts, drizzle with melted chocolate, or top with coconut flakes. A tiny pinch of flaky sea salt also brings out amazing flavor.
- Chill (Optional): Pop them in the fridge for 10โ15 minutes if you want them a little firmer or want to serve them chilled.
- Serve & Enjoy: Eat them right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
