You know what they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! If you’re someone who isn’t typically hungry in the morning, I recommend trying a smoothie. Sometimes sipping on a drink is easier than eating solid food on those low appetite days.
Today, I meal prepped antioxidant smoothie cubes for easy assembly in the morning. For protein, I used plain greek yogurt, but you are more than welcome to add in protein powder for an extra boost.

Recipe:
- 3 cups raw spinach
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup water (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 3 small “thumbs” ginger, peeled
- 2 apples, medium sized
- 1 banana, medium
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
- Base:
- Add raw spinach, plain greek yogurt, and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add flavor and fruit:
- Add pineapple, ginger, apples, a banana, and lemon juice into the same blender. Blend again until fully smooth.
- Freeze:
- Pour smoothie into an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight or until solid.
- To use:
- Pop 3-4 smoothie cubes into a blender.
- Add 1/2 cup water or milk (your choice).
- Blend until smooth and enjoy!
