– 1.5 cups rice (brown or white)
– 1/2 cup black beans
– 1 cup shredded chicken
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1 tsp black pepper
– OPTIONAL: 3 tbsp tomato paste or marinara sauce
Bake 375F for 35min, or until bell pepper is tender
