Rosemary Butter Beans

• If you’re struggling to add legumes into your diet, I highly recommend seasoning & throwing them into the oven!!

🌱 Legumes are a great source of fiber, magnesium, iron, and folate

🌱 Legumes make great side dishes, toppings for grain bowls or salads, or a nutrient dense snack

Recipe:
• 1 can butter beans
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tbsp corn starch (optional: recommend adding if you want a crispy texture)
• Fresh rosemary
~ pair with hummus or whipped feta !!

Bake 400F for 30min
