How to add Chickpeas to your diet⤵️
– Add to a salad
– Eat as a snack with your favorite dip
– Throw into a grain bowl
– Add to stir fry
🌱Not a fan of plain chickpeas? Try seasoning and roasting them! This adds flavor and changes the mouthfeel/texture of the chickpea.
RECIPE:
– 1 can chickpeas
– 1 tbsp oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Bake at 425F for 30 min (stir chickpeas after 15 min)
