>> Overnight oats are great because you can customize them to fit your preferences. In this recipe, I topped my oats with yogurt, granola, and blueberries π«
BASE RECIPE:
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 milk of choice
– 1 scoop protein powder (optional) (I used pea protein powder from @nakednutrition)
SWEETENERS (optional):
– 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey OR
– 1 tsp vanilla
ADD ONS:
– Yogurt
– Granola
– Berries
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add base ingredients and sweeteners together in a jar, mix, and place in the refrigerator overnight
2. Top with your fav add ons and enjoy
~ I personally love eating something warm in the morning, so I always heat my overnight oats up in the microwave
