🌟Recipe:
– 2 chicken breasts, cubed
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 2 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter
🌟Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 420F
2. Slice chicken breasts in half, then cut into even sized cubes
3. Place cubed chicken into a baking dish
4. Pour olive oil over chicken, then add paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
5. Stir until spices are evenly coated over chicken
6. Cut butter into 4 slices, and place over the chicken
7. Bake for 16-18 min, or until the internal temperature of chicken reaches at least 165F
