>> If you aren’t a breakfast person, you have to try these homemade protein granola bars !! They are perfect to meal prep and store in the fridge for a week of breakfast snacks
Protein: I used pea protein from @nakednutrition (any protein powder works)
Fiber: Oats and chia seeds help to increase satiety (they also may lower cholesterol and aid in digestion)
Recipe:
– 1.5 cups rolled oats
– 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
– 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
– 2 scoops protein powder
– 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
– 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients, then shape into granola bars (or protein balls!). Store in the refrigerator for a week, or freezer for up to 2 months
