Recipe:
• 1 1/3 cup 1-1 gluten-free flour (I used @bobsredmill)
• 1/ tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 5 tbsp room temperature butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2-3/4 cup chocolate chips
Combine dry ingredients, then set aside. Mix wet ingredients together for 3-4 minutes. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until mixed.
Bake 350F for 18-20min 🙂
