β’ If you want to try a collard greens wrap, I recommend boiling & placing the wrap in an ice bath before you use it (or else the collard green will be too tough & break)
How to use collard greens (from reel)
1. Break off ends and roll out stem
2. Place collard green in pre-boiling water for 20 seconds (turn off stove once you see little bubbles forming on the bottom of the pot)
3. Immediately transfer collard green into ice water for 1 minute
4. Remove from ice water and let dry
5. Pack with your favorite & enjoy!! π₯¬
