Absolutely loved making these little apple “donuts”! They were suprising pretty easy & tasted so soo good ~ highly recommend
Recipe:
• 1 cup gf flour
• 1 1/3 cup plant based milk
• 1/4 cup corn starch
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• oil for frying in pan
~ top with cinnamon sugar
• cut apples into thick slices and cut a whole in the middle
• mix together 1 cup gluten free flour (I used @kingarthurbaking), 1 1/3 cup plant-based milk, 1/4 cup corn starch, and 1 tbsp cinnamon
• coat each apple slice with mixture
• heat oil in a pan and fry each apple slice until golden brown
• coat slices with cinnamon sugar & enjoy 🙂
