Breakfast can be tricky, especially if you are not used to eating in the morning and don’t typically feel hungry. It’s so important to eat breakfast so you are fueled and ready to take on the day
Start small, your stomach is a muscle and needs to be trained. Once you start incorporating breakfast into your daily routine, you will start to feel hungry in the morning 🙂
Recipe:
– 2 cups Magic Spoon cereal @magicspooncereal (you can also use Cheerios here!)
– 1/4 cup honey (sub maple syrup if vegan)
– 1/4 cup peanut butter
Fill molds or shape into bars, freeze, then store in the refrigerator.
