❀ it fills you up with lots of good vitamins & minerals, antioxidants, and will help to hydrate your body after sleeping

❀ I also always go for a smoothie or bowl if I’m feeling too stressed / anxious to eat

~ 1 cup strawberries
~ 1/2 cup frozen mango
~ 1 frozen banana
~ 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
~ 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
~ handful of ice
