* This is my go-to granola recipe & it’s super easy to make! You can customize it by adding dried fruits, seeds, nuts, or protein powder.
* It’s also great for food prep and getting a boost of fiber throughout the day.
RECIPE:
~ 2 cups of oats
~ 1/4 cup coconut oil
~ 1/4 maple syrup
~ dash of cinnamon
~ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Optional: chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, goji berries, cocoa nips, seeds (add after the oat mixture is done baking)
Combine all ingredients together and bake at 300F for 20 mins.
