• i decided to top my bread with a baked banana, and I’m starting to think it looks a little burnt
• i used 1-1 gluten free flour for this, but regular flour would work well here if you’re not gluten free !
Recipe:
• 3 bananas (ripe)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp avocado oil (or melted butter)
• 1/4 cup sugar (or cane sugar)
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 plant-based milk
• 3 cups 1-1 gluten free flour
Bake 350F for 1 hour
