🌱 AVOCADO ~ great healthy fat option, full of B vitamins, potassium, and vitamin C
🌱 TOMATOES ~ amazing anti-inflammatory
🌱 HUMMUS ~ good source of fiber, protein, & antioxidants
🌱 CHEESE ~ full of calcium for your bones

Each food gives you macro and/or micronutrients BUT there isn’t one food that gives you everything

That’s why a balanced diet is the best & only β€œdiet” to focus on 🀍🀍🀍
