Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

I’ve made this recipes so many times and it never fails me, even if you aren’t gluten-free it’s amazing, I always use Bobs Red Mil 1-1 baking flour, but any 1-1 gluten-free flour will work. If you want to use regular flour that’s totally fine, it still works!
Recipe:
• 3/4 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 packet yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
• 2 cups gf flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Bake 450F for 8 minutes, add toppings, then bake again for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
