Six Breakfast Recipe Ideas

Eating breakfast can be HARD sometimes – maybe you’re not hungry in the morning, you’re running late for work, you have to feed other family members, etc.

One of the easiest ways to make sure you aren’t skipping breakfast is to either meal prep the night before, or have a breakfast plan. Make sure you are excited to eat your breakfast the night before! For example, if you don’t enjoy cold foods in the morning, maybe overnight oats isn’t your thing (& that’s totally okay).

Why is Breakfast so Important?

  • Replenishes the body with energy, protein, and nutrients after a nights sleep
  • May reduce risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes
  • Aids in circadian rhythm regulation
  • May result in increased academic performance and concentration
