Breakfast Potatoes Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary

Baking Instructions: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25 minutes. Flip potatoes halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Toppings for Breakfast Tacos

  • Orange and Red Bell Peppers
  • Red onion
  • Spinach
  • Avocado
