If you are craving a less heavy Alfredo sauce, this one is for you!
The sauce came out with a tint of yellow because I added nutritional yeast for some extra flavor & a B12 boost. If you aren’t a fan of nutritional yeast or want the sauce to look more like classic Alfredo, skip it.

Ingredients
- 1 box Banza Spaghetti (@eatbanza)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup milk of choice (I used @ripplefoods)
- (Optional) 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook pasta, and set aside.
- Add olive oil, cauliflower florets, and milk to a large pan (or pot). Bring to a boil, then simmer and cover for ~10 minutes.
- Transfer the sauce to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Put the sauce back into the pan and add nutritional yeast (optional), garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and enjoy 🙂
